“I may not have a Kim K ass, but it’s real and it’s all mine. Don’t submit to ideals of beauty depicted from the media. Love the skin you’re in and your inner beauty will shine through. Do what makes you feel good and learn to love yourself. Talk to yourself like you would a good friend. Your inner self-talk will influence your emotional and mental well-being.” -Clarissa Jane
“#MyFabulousSelf. To me it means following my heart and making choices that lead me to a healthy, full life by my standards. I believe it’s not what we choose to do, it’s the “why” behind our choices that define us. I teach yoga and fitness because it’s the most fulfilling and challenging opportunity I’ve had to date.
Over time, I’m learning how to not be hard on myself if I make a mistake, I’m learning how much I enjoy eating without accompanying guilt because damn it, I love gelato- it makes me happy! Most importantly though, I’m learning how to love myself and how to dance with my spirit. Isn’t it about time we let ourselves off the proverbial hook and have some fun?!”- Jennifer Brooks
“We are all dying, but how many of us are actually living? When the reaper comes for me I want to look back and know that I did everything in my possibilities to live as best as I could, helped as many people as possible, and shared happiness with everyone that came into my life. Get busy living!” -Dane Bergman, Founder of The Lifestyle Empire #MyFabulousSelf
